Major League Soccer wanted to give their fans an engaging and immersive video experience by enabling their fans to quickly search for, watch, and remix their favorite plays from each game. They created "QuickKicks", powered by Gotuit, for all their game video, where their fans can choose to watch:

• Game highlights
• Goals
• Saves
• And all the plays for each team’s star player for that game.

All the above is enabled by the Gotuit metadata which defines specific plays within the original game video archive.

In addition to viewing, fans can also create their own highlight reels, called QuickKicks, by identifying their favorite scenes and putting them in a customer order. Once built, fans can share their QuickKicks with the community.

The response has been tremendous, as their fans are linking to and embedding their favorite plays in their fan sites and blogs, their players, coaches, press, and even commentators are regular users to the service to search for, define, remix, and watch the best of Major League Soccer.
